Seal the Deal with this latest TV spot for NBC’s Dracula, premiering this Friday

I've been very intrigued by everything we've seen so far from NBC's upcoming series "Dracula", which premieres this Friday. I'm just disappointed that the peacock network has chosen to air the Jonathan Rhys Meyers-starring reimagining on Friday nights. That's when most of us are out unwinding from a long work week and partaking of copious amounts of alcohol (well…some of us, anyway), so I'll have to set the ol' DVR to record this so I can peep it later this weekend. Still, I'm excited to see what kind of direction this new series will take the titular bloodsucker and today we have a new TV spot that aims to 'Seal the Deal' to get us to tune in. I'm sold. Are you? Check it out below.

Golden Globe winner Jonathan Rhys Meyers ("The Tudors") stars in this provocative new one-hour drama as one of the world's most iconic characters. It's the late 19th century, and the mysterious Dracula has arrived in London, posing as an American entrepreneur who wants to bring modern science to Victorian society. He's especially interested in the new technology of electricity, which promises to brighten the night – useful for someone who avoids the sun. But he has another reason for his travels: He hopes to take revenge on those who cursed him with immortality centuries earlier. Everything seems to be going according to plan… until he becomes infatuated with a woman who appears to be a reincarnation of his dead wife.

"Dracula" stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Jessica De Gouw, Thomas Kretschmann, Katie McGrath and Nonso Anozie. Other cast members include Victoria Smurfit as Lady Jayne Wetherby, Ben Miles as Mr. Browning, and Robert Bathurst as Lord Thomas Davenport.

The 10-episode series is paired with "Grimm" on Friday nights and will premiere at 10pm this Friday, October 25th.
