Serkis Joins Cottage

There’s a new black comedy/ horror flick coming up on the horizon, and it’s looking to have a cast of greats, including Doug ‘Pinhead’ Bradley! The flick’s called THE COTTAGE, and it’s the latest effort from writer/director Paul Andrew Williams- and once you see what it’s about, there’s no way you wouldn’t want to check it out!

THE COTTAGE is a relentless dark comedy with an extreme twist. Set in a remote part of the countryside, a bungled kidnapping turns into a living nightmare for our four central characters when they cross paths with a psychopathic farmer and all hell breaks loose.

You really can’t beat a psychopathic farmer! Sorry kids, Bradley won’t be playing the farmer, but you can bet on the farmer being one badass mofo. Hottie Jennifer Ellison (below) stars as the kidnapped daughter of a crime boss, and today, Andy Serkis has joined in all the fun.

You may have remembered Serkis from KING KONG, and if you don’t… watch it again, and look for his mug. Oh wait… he played King Kong… so you probably wouldn’t recognize him under all that fur, but trust me- he’s the dude under the monkey suit.

THE COTTAGE sounds like ‘good times’, and it’s shaping up to be a fun ride. Filming just started not too long ago, so expect more updates from THE COTTAGE as we hear it!
