TRADE
is a film about sex traffickers who kidnap young girls from poor
countries and sell them into prostitution via many an illegal
asshole. The film is the American feature debut of German director
Marco Kreuzpaintner, and is written by the same guy who penned THE
MOTORCYCLE DIARIES. The film’s trailer
is about as depressing a trailer as I’ve seen in quite some time,
and even though I realize that this is not a “fun topic”
by any means, I’m assuming that the studio does want people to see
the movie, no? (I wanted to shoot myself by the end of this thing)
Anyway, the film is set for release on April 13, 2007, and below are
a few of their character posters.
