Shang-Chi digital and physical release dates announced

Marvel Studios has confirmed a series of release dates for the Disney+, Digital, and 4K Blu-ray releases for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. First up to bat is the film’s Disney+ release, which is happening on November 12. However, if you’re like me in that you would like to own a physical copy of the film, the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD versions hit shelves on November 30.

Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings stars Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, who must face the past he thought he left behind and confront his father, leader of the dangerous Ten Rings organization. The film also stars Awkwafina as Shang-Chi’s friend Katy, Meng’er Zhang, Fala Chen, and Florian Munteanu, with Michelle Yeoh as Ying Nan and Tony Leung as Xu.

In addition to being made available to all Disney+ subscribers on November 12, the film also arrives on all digital stores such as Apple TV, Prime Video, and Vudu with exclusive bonus features.

Shang-Chi is among my favorite movies to come out of the MCU, and that physical release is going to look mighty fine on my shelf. Bring it on, Marvel!
