Just read the requirements below and drop us a line at showusyourshit@joblo.com with pics, videos and commentary about your nifty stuff and your collection might be the next one up here.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Please include any basic personal info on yourself, so others could know who the f*ck you are. Age, sex, geographical location, what you do in life, etc….

2) Take some pictures or videos of any cool shit you have in your pad, and send it along with your message to us. Make sure that every picture/video is explained and you don’t just send us a bunch of pics and say “Here’s my shit!”, cause that’s not what we’re looking for. Name: Razvan

Age: 19

Where: Romania

Job: Graphics Technician

Hey guys, this is Razvan (19, Romania, male). I’ve had a relationship with my present wife since I was 14, so it was only natural that sooner or later we would get married, so in 2007 we got married. She’s a comic book, movie addict as well, so we get along just fine (by the way Sturdy, thanks for the marriage advices, I wasn’t sure at first if I’ve made the right choice, regarding a wife’s relationship with toys, movies etc). Right now we live in a little 2 rooms apartment, but we’re evolving. She’s got a job at the Hilton and I work for Sony as graphics technician. It’s a nice life. We don’t have a movie-room yet, but we’re saving money for a home cinema and HD TV. Here we go, I named the pics with numbers, so it would be easy to explain them:

This is the DVD collection so far, there are about 29 DVD boxes there, but 71 DVDs (counted) in them, since in Romania, series or movie collections aren’t selled in boxsets, they’re either sold separately or all of them in special 4-5 cases depending on how many discs are included. I have all Batman (he’s a comic book GOD !!!) DVDs that were ever released. I’m a big comic book geek, so I’ve got DVDs like Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Superman Returns, X-Men and Blade Trilogies (pretty much every superhero I like). Other movies that I totally dig and I have on DVD include Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein and, of, course The Devil’s Advocate.

This is pretty much everything I have with Batman (the posters are in the other room, but we’ll get to that) The animated series and movies are above and the live-action movies below. The movie DVDs include the fan-movie Batman Beyond, which I consider a masterpiece, for a fan movie. Between them are the Batman toys that remained intact from my childhood.

This is the Ghost Rider DVD and the Deluxe Ghost Rider statuette, which my girlfriend bought me for my birthday when she was in New York. The entire bike is made out of metal, while Ghost Rider is simply plastic, but beside the chain in his hand, he has another chain on his body, which is real metal !!! The figure looks very real, it’s even got a really good imitation of the ground on which it stands, with sewers and the trail he left when he first transformed.

These are the Forever Batmobile with Batman next to it, the Forever Bat-boat (sorry they’re a little dusty, but I didn’t have time to properly clean them, they’re clean now. Behind them is the Batman & Robin costumed Batman and his supposedly B&R Batcycle (kinda looks like the TDK Batpod, don’t you think?) and a small part of the Bats DVDs in the back.

This is how my room used to look until January 2008 or something like that, when me and my wife, Silvia, decided to take them down and make the living room look like a living room (the books are my father’s books, not mine). Now, I took down all the posters and I’m keeping them until we move in a bigger house and I’ll have more space to put them. The stuff on the table are my DVDs that I had back then, with the toys and some “mini-posters” I made (thanks to Joblo for the TDK poster updates). The t-shirts are with POTC At World’s End and LOTR Return Of The King, while the longsleeves are from the Punisher movie (thanks mom!).

Finally, this is the bedroom where me and my wife have fun (we’re still young!) . I saved the Batman Begins posters for the room, I just couldn’t put them down. In the middle is a flag with my favourite Metal band, Manowar and 2 Manowar posters above it. That’s pretty much everything, hope you enjoyed and liked my collection. Sturdy, I’m still looking for the Anakin – Obi-Wan Duel toy you have. Think you can help me a little? {Editor’s Note: They’re sold seperately and were part of the Unleashed series of figures. You’ll probably have to try Ebay now.}Well, gotta go, the wife’s calling.

P.S. Sorry about the quality of the first 4 pics, but the camera doesn’t work so I took the pics with my phone, which doesn’t have a very good camera and enlarged them a little, since they were made on 640×480 resolution, that’s why I wrote a little more about them. See ya !
