Sideshow Collectibles recently unveiled a new addition to their series of figures they started up last year at Comic-Con (entitled The Dead) which is geared towards zombie fans. And damn it if it doesn’t kick ass!
Entitled Subject 5: Security Guard, the figure is scuplted by Brian Dooley (whose stuff includes various FRIDAY THE 13TH sculpts of Jason Voorhees and A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET‘s own Springwood Slasher, Freddy Krueger) and stands 12 inches. Featuring a fully articulated body with 30+ points of articulation, this dude also comes with a detailed security guard uniform, a Guns N Bullets Magazine, radio, security guard belt, flashlight, key ring and a display stand with the series logo on it. Did I mention that these dude is insanely detailed?
Attendees for this year’s San Diego Comic-Con can already pre-order the ‘Attendee Edition’ of the figure for $44.99 (pick up is only at Comic-Con). Non-attendees can pre-order as well, though the price jumps 5 bucks to $49.99. Other than that, there’s really no difference.
