We have been following the progress of the upcoming genre flick SIX DEGREES OF HELL closely. As of this past Sunday, principle photography has wrapped. The crew were shooting at the Hotel Of Horror, a location that sounds perfect for a horror film.
The filmmakers made the following announcements via their Official Facebook Page:
“Six Degrees of Hell” is about to wrap principal photography August 21st. Thank you to everyone who worked on this film, helped us from the local area, supported us in the press and major trades and came on board through online support. This devoted crew worked damned hard, the cast all shining professionals and a director brought his “A” game. We plan on delivering the “scariest film of 2012” as a concerted effort and we thank you all.
We conclude principal photography this evening and wish to take the opportunity to specifically thank the owners and performers of the Hotel of Horror for their hospitality and dedication to this film. The entire Gore family gave everything to make this film a success. Thank you for rolling with the punches, terrifying some of the extras to tears and making this a truly unique horror movie! Their season is soon to open and I know we will all be back to enter their world on their terms… 😉
They also gave us an update on when we will likely see the first teaser for the film! No official trailer/preview or footage has been released by the “Six Degrees of Hell” production. We will make an official notification here on Facebook when this is announced as it will also come through the official news sources reporting on the film. Synopsis: Ever walk through one of those Halloween haunted attractions and wonder how real it all looked? What if it was? Six individuals are caught in a supernatural perfect storm that has come to claim one of them and tear apart the soul of a small town.
Joe Raffa helmed the film; it stars Corey Feldman, Kyle Brennan, Nicole Cinaglia (below), Ashley Sumner, Alexander Mandell and David Bonner, with a script penned by Harrison Smith.
