Size will matter when Ant-Man and the Wasp screens 26% bigger in IMAX

Everyone loves having more of a good thing, especially when that thing hails from the Marvel Universe. Today, IMAX is thrilled to announce that select scenes from Marvel's ANT-MAN AND THE WASP will feature an expanded aspect ratio. That means theater-goers who pony up for an IMAX ticket will see 26% more of Paul Rudd's charismatic Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly's ass-kicking Hope Van Dyne, and Hannah John-Kamen's Ghost than those who opt for the film's standard presentation.

Here's the official synopsis for Marvel's ANT-MAN AND THE WASP:

As Scott Lang balances being both a Super Hero and a father, Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym present an urgent new mission that finds the Ant-Man fighting alongside The Wasp to uncover secrets from their past.

Directed by Peyton Reed, the sequel to 2015's ANT-MAN also stars Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Judy Greer, Walton Goggins, Laurence Fishburne and Michael Pena, among others.

Be sure to book your tickets in advance if you want to see 26% more pint-sized pandemonium when ANT-MAN AND THE WASP buzzes on into theaters beginning on July 6th.
