Sizzle reel and early art for Eric Red’s Bigfoot terror No Man’s Ridge

Anytime Eric Red involves himself in a project it immediately gets our attention. Though he may be best known as the writer of THE HITCHER and NEAR DARK, or from his directorial work on BODY PARTS, BAD MOON and 100 FEET, the jack-of-all-trades is also an accomplished author whose latest work, "The Guns of Santa Sangre", will soon be available from Samhain Publishing. Last month we got word that Red was attached to write and direct an adaptation of Jonathan Maberry's zombie tale DEAD OF NIGHT but now we have word on another upcoming film that Red has in development that sounds like it could be a helluva lotta fun!

Below you will find a sizzle reel and some early art from Red's upcoming Bigfoot-themed NO MAN'S RIDGE. The sizzle reel, which was created with already existing footage, is being utilized to shop the project around and gives us a pretty good idea of the tone that Red is going for with this flick. I'm especially digging the art, which features a groovy creature design by John Gallagher. This Bigfoot looks like he means business!

The film is about a  group of extreme hunters who embark on an expedition in the mountains of Wyoming to hunt the most coveted big game trophy of them all: Bigfoot.

I've got it on good authority that our own John 'The Arrow' Fallon is set to be involved with NO MAN'S RIDGE, slated to play a French Canadian hunter in the film. Now that's pretty damn cool!

Check out the sizzle reel and early art below. As always, we'll keep you posted on news regarding NO MAN'S RIDGE as it stomps in.
