Stills & Spanish trailer for the Guillermo del Toro produced Julia’s Eyes

The last we heard about Guillem Morales’ Spanish flick JULIA’S EYES was way back in February, when we got word that Optimum Releasing had scored UK rights to the twisted genre flick. Well it’s been a couple months so what’s the deal?! Unfortunately there’s still no word on any sort of US release, but we do have a bunch of stills and a new trailer!

If you scroll below you’ll find a nice group of stills I stumbled upon today for JULIA’S EYES. Nothing too exciting but I’m definitely digging the style of this one… Well as much as you can dig on a style through a few stills that is. Then below the stills you can check out the brand new international trailer for JULIA’S EYES via Antena 3. Sure it’s in Spanish… but since when has that stopped us? Dig on that shite below!

JULIA’S EYES follows a woman trying to investigate the mysterious death of her twin sister as she battles with losing her eyesight.

Belén Rueda (below) is starring in the Guillermo del Toro produced flick alongside Lluis Homar, Daniel Grao, Hector Claramunt, Julia Gutierrez Caba, Francesc Orella, Joan Dalmau, Pablo Derqui, Boris Ruiz, Carlos Fabregas, Victor Benjumea, Laura Barba, Dani Codina and Oscar Foronda.

So that’s that. Maybe this new trailer will start stirring some things up and we’ll have a US release for JULIA’S EYES sooner rather than later. As soon as we hear something we’ll be sure to pass it along to all of you!
