The flick, about three convicts who kidnap a young boy, thinking they’re going to get a hefty ransom in return. All is fine and dandy in the kidnapping trade until weird things begin happening, and they begin to suspect there’s something seriously supernatural about the kid- and, oh yeah, he might not be the right one they thought they were abducting.
To me, creepy kids = solid gold in horror. So at least the concept for this one sounds promising. Universal will probably get distribution rights, as they have an output deal with Gold Circle. No word yet on who will direct or who will star in this supernatural thriller, but money is on Haley Joel Osment (THE SIXTH SENSE) as the role of the creepy kid. He just screams creepy!
