(aside from the classy pic I’m posting) Because I think the chances of that are good now that she’s joined the cast of THE OCEAN, Dante Tomaselli’s long, long-awaited horror flick about what happens when the friggin’ Ocean starts murdering people. I’m wondering if it wears a scary mask…
Swain had also recently joined TRANCE, which was written by our man The Arrow. In THE OCEAN, she’ll play Maria, a young mother living in Puerto Rico whose husband and son are killed in a freak drowning accident. Her estranged mother Cathy (Dee Wallace Stone), a psychic who had visions of the tragedy, travels to be with her, and the fractious family dynamics that ensue are mirrored by increasingly frightening signs that the sea around them is rising to wipe out mankind.
