Can’t wait for GRINDHOUSE? Neither can we, but for those filmmakers looking to get in on the fun before the film hits theatres, the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival has a little contest that could get you some mad props from director Robert Rodriguez.
Here’s the deal: submit your best “GRINDHOUSE trailer” (you know, the fake trailers that Rob Zombie and Eli Roth and doing for the film?) to the address below by February 12th, and you could get the chance to have your trailer screened during a special presentation at the SXSW Film Festival on March 11, complete with Rodriguez sharing stories and footage from the making of GRIND HOUSE!
Rodriguez himself will be judging the trailers, which should be no longer than two minutes in length and must have been made within the last 12 months. Thankfully, there’s no application fee.
