Relentless

Buck Taylor is a reject from the LAPD Academy who takes out his rage and frustration on society by randomly selecting and killing various people out of a local phone directory and covering his tracks by using his police training skills. Meanwhile, two mismatched police detectives; the cynical veteran Bill Malloy and the brash newcomer Sam Dietz whom recently transfered from New York to L.A., try to track down the vicious killer before he kills again, only to both become targets by Buck’s need to kill.
