That handsome devil Brad from “Rope of Silicon” recently scored a first look at the absolutely stunning Bryce Dallas Howard in the Tennessee Williams scripted and Jodie Markell (from HBO’s “Big Love”) directed drama THE LOSS OF A TEARDROP DIAMOND. In it, Howard plays an uptight uppity snob who falls in love with a working class schmoe (Chris Evans) but when she tries to pass him off as high society sensing her family’s disapproval, things get all janky. Ellen Burstyn and Ann-Margaret co-star. The film will premiere at the Toronto Film Festival next week where it’ll likely be bought for stateside distribution.
