The Aliens vs Predator video game hits demo mode on XBOX & PS3

A few weeks back we showed you the trailer for Sega’s upcoming multicharacter video game ALIENS VS PREDATOR, in which players can be an Alien, a Predator, or a Marine, in a fight to finish (revisit that shit HERE)., The full game doesn’t hit shelves until February 16, 2010, but if you’re connected to XBOX Live, Playstation Network, or Stream, you can download a full demo of the game right now!

Did I mention the demo was free? Well it is. Free as a bird and none the wiser. What does that even mean? I dunno. But the demo is yours for the downloading, and for the simple reason that, when the game does hit, gamers will have some experience and won’t die right off the bat. Not a bad idea…

There are seven gameplay modes in the game (Deathmatch, Infestation, Survivor, Predator Hunt, Domination, Species Deathmatch and Mix Species Deathmatch), but the demo only allows for play of one: Deathmatch. And if you’re gonna play only one, it might as well be Deathmatch, right? The game looks pretty damn slick and better than any of the AVP movies. Now I just gotta get myself an XBOX or a PS3, and I’m all set.
