The beautiful Jessica Biel has visions of The Tall Man with director Pascal Laugier

Ever since THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, I’ve been a big fan of Jessica Biel and her tank tops, and I’m usually a little interested in the films she’s done since (POWDER BLUE anyone?). So when it’s announced that Biel will be starring in THE TALL MAN, the new “woman in jeopardy” thriller from French director Pascal Laugier, least to say that I get all warm and fuzzy inside.

According to Screen Daily, THE TALL MAN is a mix between a good M. Night Shyamalan movie and PANIC ROOM, going a little something like this: Biel grapples with and tracks the mysterious figure of The Tall Man who has kidnapped her child. Yeah. Laugier also wrote the film, and adds this to its explanation:It is a ‘woman in jeopardy’ movie with a lot of twists and a strong female character that you feel very connected to.

Ok. That explains everything now, doesn’t it? Or maybe not, but that’s ok, cause I like M. Night’s better movies (even his shitty ones are entertaining) and PANIC ROOM was pretty good. Now the big question remains, will Biel show off her jubblies, or at least wear a tiny tank top throughout? Can we ask for just one underwear shot? Come on Laugier, hook America up with a peak at Biel’s goods!

With a budget of around $15M, the film is set to launch into producion this September in Vancouver, BC. In the meantime, stick around for more on THE TALL MAN as we hear it!
