The Creator: Gareth Edwards’ sci-fi epic gets digital, 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD release details

If you missed seeing Gareth Edwards’ The Creator in theaters, have no fear! 20th Century Studios, New Regency, and Entertainment One are bringing the visually astonishing and narratively compelling science fiction epic to the home market, beginning with the film’s digital release on November 14, with 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD coming on December 22.

Here’s the official synopsis for The Creator:

Amidst a future war between the human race and the forces of artificial intelligence, Joshua (John David Washington), a hardened ex-special forces agent grieving the disappearance of his wife (Gemma Chan), is recruited to hunt down and kill the Creator, the elusive architect of advanced AI who has developed a mysterious weapon with the power to end the war — and humankind. Joshua and his team of elite operatives journey across enemy lines into the dark heart of AI-occupied territory, only to discover the world-ending weapon he’s been instructed to destroy is an AI in the form of a young child.

The Creator stars John David Washington as an ex-special forces agent recruited to hunt down and kill the mysterious “Creator” and features a bold ensemble cast that includes Gemma Chan, Ken Watanabe, Sturgill Simpson, Allison Janney, and Madeleine Yuna Voyles.

Blu-ray versions of The Creator include a special making-of documentary highlighting the film’s creative process and eye-popping visual effects. You can read the description for True Love: Making The Creator below:
