I declare this poster night for myself, as I’m set to feature three new posters for y’all (do you like my Britney Spears impression?) The first one is for the new Sidney Lumet film, BEFORE THE DEVIL KNOWS YOU’RE DEAD. Lumet is a legend and is responsible for such classics as DOG DAY AFTERNOON and NETWORK, and last directed FIND ME GUILTY, starring Vin Diesel. DEVIL is a caper film starring some fine actors, and has been called a comeback film of sorts by many. It’s about a pair of brothers (Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Ethan Hawke) who plan to rob their parents’ jewelery store, and everything that goes terribly wrong after that. The film was loved in Toronto and opens on October 17. Check out the minimal poster BELOW.
