The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat: Two Year Anniversary Edition!

Two years. Two friggin’ years. That’s how long the JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat has been running and it still blows my mind when I say that. So how do we celebrate this special occasion? With one bad ass mother of a movie to chat about of course! Over the course of those two years we have discussed so many awesome flicks, but there is one certain movie that I’ve held back on. I’ve been waiting for the right time to bring this to the chat and believe me it’s been worth the wait. So what are we chatting about this Sunday? None other than George A. Romero’s masterpiece, Night of the Living Dead!

It’s been two years since yours truly began hosting The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat and I’ve loved each and every one. We schmoes love talking about movies, both the good and the bad. To sit and talk about any movie with all of you makes Sunday my favorite day of the week. Believe me when I say we are just getting started!

All you need to do is head to OUR CHATROOM at 7pm EST and make sure to log in with your MFC username and password. You are encouraged to bring up comments or questions about the movie at hand, or feel free to just hang out and and see what everyone else is chatting about. The regulars are extremely friendly people that will definitely make you feel welcome. And believe me, they are very, very cool schmoes.

And please remember this. Be respectful of others and their opinions during the chat. It’s great to have multiple opinions of movies in the chat. I love that. What I don’t love is for people to be insulted or badmouthed about their opinions. It’s meant to be fun. Directly insulting someone and/or trolling people will get you kicked from the chat.

Night of the Living Dead is such a seminal piece of movie history. Not only did it give us the zombie genre as we know it today, it’s revered as a true classic. And anyone that’s seen it can tell you it definitely is just that. A classic. This is one of those rare movies that is simply timeless.

Join us this Sunday night at 7pm EST as we celebrate two years of the JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat with the all time classic Night of the Living Dead! The fun is just getting started!
