The Kill Counter: Blumhouse’s Halloween (Video)

Ever wondered how many people lose their lives in any particular horror movie? Well, we've got you covered with THE KILL COUNTER, our hit series takes out the guesswork and counts every death on (and sometimes off) screen. Break out your calculator and try to keep up! On this week's episode, we take on Blumhouse and David Gordon Green's (PINEAPPLE EXPRESS) sequel to John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN starring Jamie Lee Curtis.

The film has more kills than I would have thought after only watching it once. Guess they really packed them in there, huh? My favorite kill from this new HALLOWEEN has got to be the cop's head being turned into a twisted jack-o-lantern. Which kill was YOUR favorite? Let us know below!

Here's the synopsis:

It's been 40 years since Laurie Strode survived a vicious attack from crazed killer Michael Myers on Halloween night. Locked up in an institution, Myers manages to escape when his bus transfer goes horribly wrong. Laurie now faces a terrifying showdown when the masked madman returns to Haddonfield, Ill. — but this time, she's ready for him.

HALLOWEEN (2018) was directed by David Gordon Green from a screenplay he co-wrote along with Danny McBride and Jeff Fradley based on characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill. Malek Akkad, Bill Block, and Jason Blum produced the film which stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, and Virginia Gardner. John Carpenter also provided this new movie's score with the help of his son Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies. If you don't already own a copy of the flick on Blu-ray, you can go ahead and snag one via Amazon right over HERE.
