Yahoo recently posted the trailer for the Peter Berg-directed thriller THE KINGDOM and it’s not too shabby. The story centers on an FBI taskforce, headed by Jamie Foxx
and comprised of Jason Bateman, Chris Cooper and Jennifer Garner, sent to Saudi Arabia to investigate serial murders taking place at an American facility and what
initially seems like a SYRIANA-style political intrigue film about precarious international relations with the Middle East slowly morphs into a kinda generic, action-ey thriller.
Hopefully, they pull off both. If nothing else, it looks like there’s a healthy amount of shit blowing. And that’s never a bad thing. Check out the trailer by clicking on the still
