Tim Burton’s Batmobile to be brought to life in 30th anniversary LEGO set

Tim Burton's BATMAN celebrated its 30th anniversary this year, which honestly feels a little crazy, but if you're looking to commemorate the occasion, what better way to do so than to craft your very own Batmobile based on its appearance in that 1989 film. LEGO will be celebrating the anniversary by releasing a 3,306 piece set which will allow you to do just that.

In addition to the fantastically detailed version of the Batmobile Michael Keaton drove in the original film, LEGO's Batmobile set also includes 3 minifigures: Batman, The Joker, and Vicki Vale, each based on their appearance in BATMAN. Check out a few images below!

As far as the Batmobile itself goes, the LEGO version measures over 4” (12cm) high, 23” (60cm) long and 8” (22cm) wide. Features include the slide-open cockpit, 2 hidden machine gun with a pop-up function activated by turning the turbine exhaust, grappling hooks on each side of the vehicle, as well as a rotating display stand.

You'll be able to purchase the 1989 Batmobile set for $249.99 on November 29th.
