Tim Miller confirmed as director of Terminator 6?

As exciting as this news may be, I'm not sure if it is 100% confirmed just yet, so I'll let this stay within the realm of rumor until further notice. That said, it would appear that DEADPOOL director Tim Miller has been confirmed as the director for James Cameron's TERMINATOR 6.

We first heard the rumor that Miller was in the running way back in January of this year. Now it seems with a special screening of TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY 3D coming up on September 19th, the cat is out of the bag. Turns out the screening will be preceded with Cameron and Miller talking shop on T6.

So take that how you will. Does this in your eyes seem to confirm Miller as director of TERMINATOR 6, or do you think he may still be attached to the project in a mere producing capacity at this time? Urgh. If nothing else, this kind of article being spread around may provoke Paramount and those involved to just come out and confirm Miller's position.

Either way, we're all still excited as hell for TERMINATOR 6. With James Cameron back in creative control and Arnold Schwarzenegger confirmed to return, this will be a flick to see on the big screen. Regardless of who sits in the director's chair on set.

We'll let you know when and if this news is 100% confirmed!

Until then let us know what you think of Tim Miller taking on the TERMINATOR series by hitting us up in the new comments section below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!

Again this special T2 screening – where Miller might be officially confirmed as director – will be held on Sept. 19th.
