Titans season 3 Red Hood

DC unveiled a pair of first look pics from Titans season three featuring Red Hood. In the photos, we find Titans star Curran Walters striking an uncanny resemblance to the character, which is bound to please fans of DC's vigilante anti-hero. As you can see from the images posted above and below, Red Hood comes outfitted with his iconic mask, red hood, and reinforced suit that gives its wearer, Jason Todd, an advantage over those who dare to cross his path.

Plot details for Titans Season 3 are still being kept under wraps at this time, though we are aware that the second season ended with Jason Todd being at odds with the rest of his team, particularly Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites). Before the season came to a close, Todd defected, a move that fans knew would eventually find him suiting up as the red-masked menace made famous in the pages of DC comics.

While the character certainly looks enough like his comic book counterpart, aspects of Todd's story have been changed for the show. In the comics, Jason Todd was beaten to death by the Joker. This aspect of the character's story is set to be removed for Titans, with the writers using Todd's departure from his team as the trigger for his change into Red Hood.

Production for Titans Season 3 is steadily heating up with the next chapters of the gritty superhero saga likely to arrive on HBO Max sometime in 2021.
