Beware all bullies and others who prey on the meek. Your wimpy targets may come back to bite you in the ass, literally! Just look what’s going to happen in THE TORMENTED, a new horror indie from BBC films:
Darren Mullet was a bullied asthmatic, driven to suicide by his tormented life – ignored by his parents, ridiculed by his teachers and bullied at school. However, he returns from the dead to pay his teenage tormentors a final visit.
I’m a big fan of watching bullies get their comeuppance and would love to see it delivered “zombie style”! Maybe this flick will have a similar vibe to NIGHT OF THE LIVING DORKS (see the Pub’s review here), which I enjoyed mucho. Hopefully we’ll be able to find out soon.
BBC Films is currently casting for TORMENTED and a director is reportedly on the way. I’ll fill you in on any more as I hear it.
