Whether or not you’re a fan of Lloyd Kaufman and his Troma films, the entire series of films that put his name on the horror map is coming to DVD in one loaded boxset.
The Complete Toxic Avenger, due out September 5th from Troma Video, includes special editions of all four films (THE TOXIC AVENGER, THE TOXIC AVENGER PART II, THE TOXIC AVENGER PART III and CITIZEN TOXIE: THE TOXIC AVENGER PART IV), all in their unrated director’s cuts. Also included in the six-disc set are all 13 episodes of the obviously short-lived ‘Toxic Crusaders’ cartoon that aired in the early 90’s. Hey, it grossed my mom out, so it was good for something! No details for the set as of yet or artwork, but rest assured Ammon will dig ’em up for ya.
