Thanks to Open Roads, we now have the first trailer for Erik Van Looy’s psychological thriller THE LOFT, in which a bunch of married dudes decide to share a secret penthouse loft, where they can indulge in their deepest fantasies—yeah, this isn't going to end well. The fantasy soon becomes a nightmare when they discover the dead body of an unknown woman handcuffed to a bed in the loft—and there it is. With Karl Urban and James Marsden leading the way, THE LOFT looks like an impressive, claustrophobic thriller that preys on the idea of not knowing who to trust.

THE LOFT hits theaters on January 23, 2015. Watch the trailer below!

Karl Urban (Star Trek Into Darkness) and James Marsden (2 Guns) star in the tense psychological thriller THE LOFT, the story of five married guys who conspire to secretly share a penthouse loft in the city–a place where they can carry out hidden affairs and indulge in their deepest fantasies. Paranoia seizes them as everyone begins to suspect one another. Friendships are tested, loyalties are questioned and marriages crumble as the group is consumed by fear, suspicion and murder in this relentless thriller.
