There’s really no denying high-school is hell. But when you base a flick around a bunch of pissed on pariahs who seek gory revenge, high school can be a hell of kickass time! And Joey Stewart’s new adolescent horror story THE FINAL looks to be a shining example of such.
Inked by Jason Kabolati (PENDULUM, MAD BAD), the long time assistant director (Stewart) finally assumes complete visionary control on a tale of a group of high school outcasts get revenge on the students that torment them.
Said to be loosely based on real events, THE FINAL features Marc Donato, Jascha Washington, Whitney Hoy, Justin Arnold, Travis Tedford, Julin, Lindsay Seidel, Mark Nutter, Laura Ashley Samuels, Farah White and Hunter Garner.
Seriously, check out this trailer, it’s pretty damn ruler! We’ve got equal parts CARRIE, SAW, ELEPHANT and the true of events of something like the Columbine high school massacre (crazy to think it’s been over 10 years since that day). Some pretty disturbing shite!
