If you're missing seeing ROOM's Jacob Tremblay in a horror film now that BEFORE I WAKE has been pulled from the schedule, never fear! The prolific young actor will be returning to the genre on November 11, 2016 alongside Naomi Watts in SHUT IN. Check out the trailer and poster below!
SHUT IN is:
a heart-pounding thriller starring Naomi Watts as a widowed child psychologist who lives an isolated existence in rural New England. Caught in a deadly winter storm, she must find a way to rescue a young boy before he disappears forever.
That synopsis doesn't seem to match up with what I'm seeing in the trailer, which is distinctly more paranormal than the blurb implies, so I'm interested in seeing how the film actually plays out.
SHUT IN also stars Oliver Platt (FLATLINERS), Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things), and David Cubitt (Medium). It was directed by Farren Blackburn from a script by Christina Hodson.
