So a cool little red-band trailer has just hit for Scott and David Hillenbrand’s kitschy horror-lampoon TRANSYLMANIA.
Written by Patrick Casey and Worm, yes Worm Miller (who’ve both collaborated with brothers Hillenbrand on DORM DAZE 2), TRANSYLMANIA is an unbridled horror send-up in which a group of college kids do a semester abroad in Romania and realize that if the partying doesn’t kill them, the vampires just might!
Well let’s hope so, shall we!
Starring Patrick Cavanaugh, James DeBello, Tony Denman, Jennifer Lyons, Musetta Vander (below), Irena A. Hoffman, Nicole and Natalie Garza, Oren Skoog, Paul H. Kim, Adriana Butoi and Colin Campbell – TRANSYLMANIA comes to life on December 4th, 2009.
With a working title of DROM DAZE 3, I’m really hoping this is more of a ZOMBIELAND, SHAUN OF THE DEAD parody as opposed to the ungodly array of DATE MOVIE/EPIC MOVIE knock-offs that have almost tinctured cinema irreparably. I have a feeling it’ll be somewhere in the interim, how about you?
