IGN has just premiered the U.K. quad for Christopher Smith’s TRIANGLE, and boy, get a load of that tagline. The forecast is evil. I’m surprised they resisted the urge to make it eeeeeevvviiiiiillll! – it’s just that cheesy. It’s like one of those corny taglines you hear when “The Simpsons” paradies a movie in their “Tree House of Horror” episodes.
When Jess sets sail on a yacht with a group of friends, she cannot shake the feeling that there is something wrong. Her suspicions are realised when the yacht hits a storm and the group is forced to board a passing ocean liner to get to safety, a ship Jess is convinced she’s been on before. The ship appears deserted, the clock on board has stopped, but they are not alone… Someone is intent on hunting them down, one by one. And Jess unknowingly holds the key to end the terror.
TRIANGLE stars the scrumptious Melissa George, and co-stars Rachael Carpani, Emma Lung, Liam Hemsworth, and Michael Dorman. It opens on October 16th in the U.K.
