The upcoming Stephanie Meyer adapted TWILIGHT sequel NEW MOON hasn’t even been released yet (and possibly hasn’t even started filming yet) and talk of the third novel in the series, “Eclipse”, being adapted is already underway. It seems that a lot of directors are interested in cashing in on this guaranteed box office smash, two of which, according to Variety blog “Thompson on Hollywood” include THE ORPHANAGE director Juan Antonio Bayona and 3:10 TO YUMA director James Mangold. Not the most obvious choices but certainly pretty talented guys who are more than capable of bringing the third book in the series to the big screen. The book, of course, continues the romantic saga of the angelic Bella (Kristen Stewart) and her vampiric love Edward (Robert Pattinson). In the meantime, you’ll have to make-do with NEW MOON when it’s released November 20th.
