Twilight reshoots

The over-hyped, teenage girl crazy, vampire love story, wannabe horror movie TWILIGHT, for which I still say looks dumb as hell, may be in worse shape than even I had originally thought. According to MTV the cast and crew are returning to the set to shoot a few additional scenes, and that never spells a good thing.

As star Peter Facinelli puts it: They liked it so much, they are bringing us back for some encore time — to beef it up. A little salt and pepper.

Right. He also talks about the new scenes that will be filmed, including a flashback scene and a scene at the prom. Oh brother. But wait, it gets better. Here’s star’s Taylor Lautner reasoning for the reshoots: I know they’ve been showing it to some people, and some people go, ‘I want to see a little more of this,’ or, ‘I don’t quite understand this.’

So now it all comes out. People wanna see more because, as it is, they aren’t able to follow the storyline. I say that about every movie that I think is good–“jeez this is a great movie, if I only understood what the f*ck was going on!” The cornerstone to fine filmmaking right there.
