Two more join UK horror flick Elfie Hopkins: Rupert Evans & Kate Magowan

One flick that just hasn’t caught my interest is the UK cannibal flick ELFIE HOPKINS. I suppose it could be because the title of the film is just so out of place it’s hard to picture it being a vicious cannibal flick. Then again perhaps it’s the perfect name… Either way ELFIE HOPKINS just isn’t jiving with me.

But perhaps it is with you! And if that is indeed the case then you’ll be stoked to hear two more names have joined the project. It seems two of the cannibals in the flick will be played by the duo of Rupert Evans and Kate Magowan, or so says a recent press release. Evans (right) and Magowan will ‘play Mr. and Mrs. Gammon – the heads of a rather carnivorous family who move into a village and cause mayhem.’ Sounds good to me!

ELFIE HOPKINS is a twisted tale of cannibalism set in a British rural hunting village.

Along with Evans and Magowan ELFIE HOPKINS is also set to star Jaime Winstone, Ray Winstone, Aneurin Barnard, Steven Mackintosh and Kimberley Nixon. Principal photography on this little diddy started yesterday in West Wales so I suppose we can be expecting more ELFIE HOPKINS updates soon.
