Sex and death is a combination the horror genre has tackled before, but THANATOMORPHOSE, the upcoming debut feature from director Éric Falardeau might just push the envelope. It’s been almost a year since we showed you the teaser to this independently produced “dark tale of sex and gore” and to celebrate the anniversary, we’ve just scored two new stills from the flick. Admittedly, they’re not particularly revealing, but hopefully that just means the filmmakers are saving the best for last, i.e. when the movie is actually released. The film is currently in post-production and is planned for festival screenings during fall 2012/winter 2013. That is, of course, if you don’t mind waiting a bit. And by ‘a bit’ I mean ‘probably at least a year’.
