Two Predators clash in a new clip from Shane Black’s The Predator

As we've seen in the many trailers for THE PREDATOR, our ragtag group of heroes won't have just one Predator to deal with, but two, as a stronger, smarter, and deadlier version has also arrived on Earth in the form of the Super Duper Upgrade Predator™. These two Predators won't be teaming up however, as the the larger one seems to have some beef with the little guy. 20th Century Fox has released a new clip from the soon-to-be-released film which features the two Predators going at it, with the added bonus of Predator subtitles! Check it out!

THE PREDATOR premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival during Midnight Madness last night to somewhat mixed reviews, and our own Chris Bumbray was in attendance. If you're a fan of writer/director Shane Black, it's likely that you'll enjoy the film as Bumbray said in his review that Black's distinctive touch is all over it. However, Bumbray also said that "there’s no doubt in my mind that THE PREDATOR will be divisive among fans, with some loving the thorough Shane Black-ness of it all, while others will whine about it coming off as more of a spoof of the franchise (and genre) rather than the reboot/continuation they may be hoping for. In its own way though, Black’s approach is refreshingly original."

The official synopsis for THE PREDATOR:

From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black’s explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.

THE PREDATOR will hit theaters on September 14th.
