regarding the all new FRIDAY THE 13TH flick entitled THE ULTIMATE JASON
VOORHEES MOVIE!
So what makes it so f*ckin’ crazy? Because Quentin Tarantino is said to
be in final negotiations to write and direct this bitch for both New
Line and Paramount who are collaborating to bring this picture to life!
Yes, the man who brought us the ultra-violent RESERVOIR DOGS, PULP
FICTION and KILL BILL series is in talks to be the man behind the next
FRIDAY THE 13TH!
Now, nothing is confirmed or denied at this point, so really this is
just speculation, i.e. a rumor. But what a cool rumor it is! Image a
FRIDAY movie with Tarantino behind the scenes! If there’s anyone out there
who could put Jason back into ‘pimp’ status, it’s Tarantino (he did it
with Travolta, he could do it with Jason)!
We saw a glimpse of what Tarantino could do in horror with FROM DUSK
TIL DAWN, a movie which he co-wrote with Robert Rodriguez. And you know
we can expect a fair share of blood, gore and colorful language- not to
mention a ‘coolness’ level that the FRIDAY films have been lacking
since JASON LIVES.
