So Chris Kattan (as in the guy from
SNL) made a zombie movie. With cowboys. Enough said?
The film’s called UNDEAD OR ALIVE
and while I have heard about it before I had no idea that Chris Kattan was in
it. I’m not saying that it’ll suck, but it will definitely put a strange twist
on it.
UNDEAD OR ALIVE
tells the comedic tale of two friends who
encounter a horrific adventure.
Elmer Winslow is a soldier on the run from the Union Army, and Luke Budd
is a cowboy with a broken heart. When the two misfits rob the corrupt sheriff
of an old west town, they have no idea that a plague of zombies is sweeping the
country, or that Geronimo’s sexy niece may be their only hope of survival.
From the stills
I’ve seen it’s all looking pretty good so far. The bottom picture is the first
time I’ve seen Kattan within the film and I must say I’m not too impressed.
(Although Geronimo’s niece is looking fine!) But when you see pictures like the
one above, it seems like this film could really kick some ass. Maybe we have a
SHAUN OF THE DEAD type situation, with a well balanced comedy to gore
ratio. (Although Simon Pegg is way funnier than Kattan!)
