We are hyped for director Derrick Borte's UNHINGED here at Arrow in the Head, and who can blame us? It stars Russell Crowe as a road raging maniac, and our reviewer The Iceman gave it an 8/10 review. The film reaches theatre screens this Friday, August 21st, and in anticipation of this cinematic event our own Chris Bumbray sat down for a chat with Borte and Crowe's co-star Caren Pistorius, who plays the unfortunate person Crowe's character focuses his rage on. The interviews with Borte and Pistorius can be seen in the video embedded above.

Pistorius plays

Rachel, who is running late to work when she has an altercation at a traffic light with a stranger (Crowe) whose life has left him feeling powerless and invisible. Soon, Rachel finds herself and everyone she loves the target of a man who decides to make one last mark upon the world by teaching her a series of deadly lessons. What follows is a dangerous game of cat and mouse that proves you never know just how close you are to someone who is about to become unhinged.

The screenplay was written by Carl Ellsworth. Crowe and Pistorius are joined in the cast by Gabriel Bateman and Jimmi Simpson.

UNHINGED was produced by Lisa Ellzey.
