Well folks, the shite’s finally here! That’s right, as crude as it may be, we finally have a look at the trailer for Alexandre Aja’s highly anticipated PIRANHA 3D!
Newly attached to the Michael Cera flick YOUTH IN REVOLT, the trailer offers up some tantalizing goodies including bikini clad hotties, a trampoline, pompoms, a capsized jet-ski, Elisabeth Shue, a school of uncouth prehistoric man-eaters, Christoher Lloyd, and Ving Rhames. Did I mention Elisabeth Shue?
Remade from a Joe Dante 1978 original, PIRANHA 3D commences when a tremor under the surface of Lake Victoria unleashes scores of prehistoric piranhas, an event which rallies the local sheriff (Shue) who will risk everything to save her townsfolk.
In addition to those already mentioned, the flick stars Richard Dreyfuss, Adam Scott, Dina Meyer, Jerry O’Connell, Jessica Szhor, Kelly Brook, Riley Steel, Steven R. McQueen, Brooklynn Proulx, and Eli Roth.
