News comes today that WANTED 2 is already in pre-production. The film was originally designed as a potential franchise and after grossing almost $200 million worldwide it seems the interest in making a sequel has far from died down. Says Marc Platt, who produced the first film:
“The writers are at work already, and creative discussions are taking place.”
I don’t know about you guys but I flat out hated this film. Everything about it was ridiculous and Angelina Jolie didn’t even get naked once. What’s the deal? That chick always gets naked as a sweetener. I heard that in the director’s cut of KUNG FU PANDA at the end of the movie real life Jolie bursts into the Valley of Peace and gets it on with Mantis. They left it out because apparently kids aren’t into that kind of thing.
