Are you feeling like Dimension hasn’t really given you any genre-love lately? I mean, a decade ago they were the ones to go see, releasing hits like and . And now they release ‘hits’ like and . What happened??? They’ve let Lionsgate take-over the genre name, and I have a feeling they’re a little miffed about the whole thing.
So it’s probably a good thing that they just picked up the horror/thriller STORM WARNING, starring Nadia Feres (right), Robert Taylor, John Brumpton, David Lyons and Matthew Wilkinson, and directed by genre-ninja Jaime Blanks (, ). Intrigued yet? The story revolves around
Sounds like a good time to me, and a nice vehicle for Dimension to pick up and show some love to. Written by Everett De Roche, who wrote the awesomely under-rated TV movie FORTRESS, about a school-house taken over by a gang of thugs in creepy animal masks. If you haven’t seen it, be sure you check it out. If the tension created in that movie is at all reproduced here, then STORM WARNING is going to be one kick-ass ride!
No word on a release date, or if this bad boy is going to be theatrical or STD, but stick around… as we’ll give you the heads up as soon as we find out!
