Fangoria got the scoop on the upcoming DVD release REST STOP, which is the first of the Raw Feed banner, which is the WB’s horror-straight-to-DVD line coming out this October. And while it’s a STD, it’s looking more promising that you might expect.
Starring Jaimie Alexander, Joey Mendicino and Joey Lawrence (
whoa!), REST STOP is about a young couple on a road trip from Texas to California, who happen to pull into a rest stop… and then are stalked by a giant yellow truck. Sounds a bit like
JOY RIDE, but definitly has potential of being a good time.
