After the phatness of 300, what could possibly get you back in the theater so soon? How about James Wan’s freaky puppet movie DEAD SILENCE??? OR if you’re a pussy, there’s always PREMONITION, which further shows that Sandra Bullock can’t act, and her looks are fading fast. On the DVD front, some gems to look out for with SUBLIME (nice cover!), the Tartan Extreme release of BLOODY REUNION and the slasher mountain biker movie BLOOD TRAILS, which I’ve been dying to check out for a while now. A little something for everyone this week as we’re reminded yet again that horror is alive and well and has no thoughts of slowing down any time soon.

There is an old ghost story in the sleepy town of Ravens Fair about Mary Shaw, a ventriloquist who went mad.
