Wes Craven’s My Soul to Take getting ready to hit DVD & Blu-ray in February

Well folks Wes Craven’s MY SOUL TO TAKE came and went without so much as a wimper. Personally I was stoked for the flick, being a big fan of Craven’s as well as most slasher flicks. But I’ve got to admit… the insanely negative backlash for MY SOUL TO TAKE pushed me away from the feature. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be picking this one up once it hits DVD to give it a once over but that’s as far as I’m willing to take it…

With that being said here I am today to give you all the news you’ve been waiting for: MY SOUL TO TAKE’s DVD release date!! I know, I know, please try to contain your excitement. Or not…

Anyway enough rambling, time to get down to brass tacks. Universal Home Entertainment will be gracing your local DVD shelves with MY SOUL TO TAKE on DVD and Blu-ray come February 8, 2011. That’s only a couple months away folks so you better get planning!

In the sleepy town of Riverton, where legend tells of a serial killer who swore he would return to murder the seven children born the night he died. Now, 16 years later, people are disappearing again. Has the psychopath been reincarnated as one of the seven teens, or did he survive the night he was left for dead? Only one of the kids knows the answer.

Adam “Bug” Heller was supposed to die on the bloody night his father went insane. Unaware of his dad’s terrifying crimes, he has been plagued by nightmares since he was a baby.
