Winona Ryder thinks she can confirm Beetlejuice 2 with Burton & Keaton

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

Damn, is it me or does Winona Ryder still look good?!

Regardless, when making an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, the lovely Ms. Ryder tried to act coy when the inevitable BEETLEJUICE subject was broached. Didn't last though, as she thinks she can confirm that BEETLEJUICE 2 is alive and well. Even more exciting, it seems Tim Burton and Michael Keaton are also in the mix for a return. Peep it…

I think I can confirm it because Tim Burton did this interview…It was very hush-hush, top secret, ‘I don’t know what may happen, I don’t know,’ and then he was doing some press for ‘Big Eyes’ and he did an on-camera interview and he said, ‘Oh yeah, we’re doing it and Winona’s gonna be in it.’ So can I say…? I mean if he said it. But I really don’t know much more than anybody else.”

Okay, so it sounds sort of flimsy, but with GHOSTBUSTERS finally getting redone after all that bluster, so too could BEETLJUICE 2, right? Question is, with Keaton's newfound dramatic success, will he still be into it? Are you?

Check out the interview below!
