Wolf Creek Trailer

WOLF CREEK has certainly been the belle of the ball when it comes to genre work lately. Having picked up massive buzz because of its pre-Sundance pickup, it continues to look like one of the most promising treats of the year.

Now you can check out the trailer here, and get even more excited. It’s got a gritty look ala TCM, and the sort of bleak minimalism of the setting looks like it’ll be perfect for this jacked up ride. Two images in particular stood out to me. One – a chick running down an empty road alone. Two – A flock of birds coming off a mountain (don’t ask me why, but it felt very ominous).
