Cinematographer Donald McAlpine and makeup artist Kenny Myers will make things look pretty (or ugly, as necessary). McAlpine has served as director of photography on everything from PREDATOR to PATRIOT GAMES to MOULIN ROUGE, while Myers made Jackman look mean and then magical in X-MEN 3 and THE PRESTIGE.
The WOLVERINE movie (penned by David Benioff) is a prequel detailing the mutant’s paramilitary history and how he acquired his adamantium skeleton. Production is set to start in November (Hood’s thriller RENDITION will already be in theaters by then), shooting in Australia and New Zealand.
