Wolvey Con footage!

As I’m sure you read in our report from The Con earlier, everyone there saw some sweet footage from X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE. That clip has now hit the web and you can check it out right over HERE, complete with not at all cheesy, totally original walking away coolly from a building that is exploding. Second part HERE.

I’m interested in what you guys think about the clip though. On the one hand, a lot of scenes look dynamite, but on the other I’m not digging Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth, and I am extremely weary of comic-book movies with team-building. Now whenever I see that concept I think of that part in BLADE II where the Afro-American vampire introduces Blade to the mute swordsman, Chupa, or Snowman or whoever, and he does that motion like he wants you to steal second base or something. Plus, you know, Will.I.Am from The Black Eyed Peas.
